How can I install eSIM with QR code on my iPhone? |

Please login to your account for BTel eSIM profile (QR Code) and use your mobile phone camera to install it on your device. Please follow our step by step installation guide below.
Update your iOS version: On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update and update to iOS 13.3 or later.

Open your camera app and scan the QR code

How to manually install an eSIM profile using an activation code on Android? |

Please login to your account for BTel eSIM profile (QR Code) and now you want to install it on your device, follow our step by step installation guide below.
Update your Android phone.
Go to the settings of your smartphone:
- Go to Connections
- Go to SIM card manager
- Press 'Add a mobile plan'
- Go to 'Scan carrier QR code'
- Press 'Enter code instead'
- Retrieve the activation code from your BTel online profile after login
- Enter the activation code and press 'connect'
Press 'Add and use it now'.
Your profile is being installed.
Your profile is now installed and active.

How to get 5G service? - Apple & Android |
|
|
You can get 5G with BTel in the countries listed below when 5G coverage is available. However, your device may not automatically connect to the local operator offering 5G coverage, see below how to manually configure your mobile device to connect to a selected mobile network.
Please note that when the selected operator's 5G coverage is not available in certain areas, your device will automatically switch to 4G. You will never lose connectivity.
Also, countries covered by 5G are included in standard BTel data plans, just configure your 5G-enabled device as follows to enjoy 5G connectivity at no additional cost:
- Activate 5G on your device
- Select 5G partner in the country you are located

eSIM is our wireless network configuration, which gives access to our Internet service worldwide, and you can access it under your account after login.
Once you purchase a data plan, an email will be sent to you and QR code for eSIM will be added to your online customer profile, please check above questions on installation of eSIM on iPhone or Android phones for more details.

Do I get refund if I picked a wrong data plan? |
|
|
We suggest to check your mobile phone device under supported devices list above before purchasing a data plan.
Internet data plan gets activated as soon your mobile device gets connected to our network after the installation of the eSIM via QR code on your mobile device.
There will be no refund offered if data plan got activated on your mobile device already. However, if you have not activated the data plan on your mobile device and
realized that you do not need this service within the 24 hours of the purchase, please send us a message via contact us page and
a technical support person will terminate the data plan and refund your money on the credit card used at the time of the purchase within 15 days. An email notification will be sent to you for the refund.

How can I renew or reload data to my account? |
|
|
You can login to your account any time and purchase more data plan(s). You can also purchase mutiple data plans if you are travelling around the different regions of the world.
Our eSIM can handle multiple data plans simultaneously.
